Not just more contacts but people who understand why your values matter as much as your vision. \n  \nThis isn’t about filling a calendar or working a room. It’s about spending your time with people who make you think differently\, feel more like yourself\, and leave you feeling more seen than when you arrived. \n  \nTHE EXPERIENCE\nCONNECT We begin with guided connection around our theme of the month\, which is vision with intention for January — not icebreakers\, but intentional dialogue that moves purposefully into real conversation. The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know\, without forcing performance or small talk. \nYou’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room. \n  \nELEVATE In the second half\, a Nova member leads a short\, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical\, relevant\, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately. \nTopics vary month to month and include leadership\, money\, visibility\, communication\, wellbeing\, or sustainable success. You don’t need a polished idea or a clear ask. You just need a desire for a thoughtful room where things can take shape. \nEach month\, we gather for a midday pause that offers clarity\, connection\, and momentum — without the structure or commitment of a long-term program. \nWHAT HAPPENS IN A CATALYST CIRCLE \nWe meet in small\, intentionally held groups of three to four people\, facilitated by Nova. The size is deliberate — intimate enough for depth\, spacious enough for perspective. \nWithin your small group\, you’ll have space to: \n\nincubate ideas and possibilities\ntalk through questions or decisions\nask for reflection or guidance\nhear how others are thinking and moving\n\nThis is a collaborative sandbox.
