SUMMARY:NW Chicagoland Nova Connect + Elevate: Sustainable Success
DESCRIPTION:Curated connection and member-led workshops for intentional women creating their lives and work with clarity\, depth\, and impact.\n\n\nCONNECT + ELEVATE \nA monthly gathering for women who want real connection\, meaningful conversation\, and a room where they can show up as themselves. \nYou care about what you’re building in your life and work. But you also care about how you’re building it and who you’re surrounded by along the way. \nConnect + Elevate is Nova’s monthly gathering in Schaumburg for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want something a little different from traditional networking. \nNo working the room. No collecting contacts. No pressure to have the perfect answer to “So\, what do you do?” \nInstead\, you’ll spend the morning having real conversations with people who care about their work\, their lives\, and the kind of connections they’re building along the way. \nOur NW Chicagoland Constellation is an intimate community of women\, which gives us the chance to really get to know one another and build connections that go beyond an event. \nSEPTEMBER: OWNING YOUR POWER\nAs summer begins to wind down and we head toward a new season\, it’s a natural time to check in: \nWhat do I actually want next? Where am I second-guessing myself? And what would change if I trusted myself a little more? \nPower doesn’t have to mean being the loudest person in the room\, pushing harder\, or having everything figured out. \nSometimes owning your power looks like trusting what you know. Speaking up when something matters. Honoring your instincts. Making a decision without looking outside yourself for the “right” answer. \nThat’s what we’re exploring together this month. \nTHE EXPERIENCE\nCONNECT\nWe’ll begin with guided conversation around this month’s theme. \nNot awkward icebreakers or surface-level networking. Just intentional prompts and real conversation designed to help you actually get to know the women in the room. \nYou’ll leave knowing a few more people than you did when you walked in and\, hopefully\, with a few conversations you genuinely want to continue. \nELEVATE\nOwning Your Power \nLed by Emma Mulvany\, Self-Trust & Inner Authority Mentor + NW Chicagoland Luminary \nIn the second half\, Emma will lead an interactive experience exploring what gets in the way of trusting ourselves and where we may unknowingly give our power away. \nYou’ll have space to reconnect with your own voice\, recognize where you’ve been second-guessing yourself\, and explore what it looks like to make choices from a place that feels grounded\, clear\, and true to you. \nYou don’t need to prepare anything. Just come as you are. \nWHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING ABOUT NOVA\n“Every single person I’ve met through Nova has been so generous\, kind\, and helpful.” \n“I love that Nova offers personal\, professional. and spiritual development and growth all in one place.” \n“I practiced my interactive case study as a speaker at one of the Connect+ Elevate events hosted by our Nova Chapter and received incredible feedback that gave me more confidence to share my story.” \nThat’s the kind of room we’re creating: one where you can have real conversations\, meet women you genuinely want to know\, and support one another beyond the event itself. \nYOU’LL LEAVE WITH\nNew connections you actually want to keep. \nA little more clarity around what you want in this next season. \nAnd hopefully\, a little more trust in yourself than you walked in with. \nWHO THIS IS FOR\nConnect + Elevate might be your kind of room if: \n\nYou want genuine connection\, not transactional networking\nYou value thoughtful\, meaningful conversation\nYou’re building or navigating something in your career\, business\, or life\nYou want to meet women who care about both what they’re creating and how they’re creating it\nYou’re looking for a community where you don’t have to perform to belong\n\nWhether you walk in knowing someone or knowing no one\, you’re welcome here. \nEVENT DETAILS\nWednesday\, September 9th – 11am–12:30pmDayhouse Coworking | Schaumburg\, IL \nArrive between 11–11:15am to settle in. We’ll begin together at 11:15. \nNOVA CURIOUS?\nYou’re welcome to attend up to two Nova events before deciding whether the community feels right for you. \nIf you’ve been looking for a room where you can skip the small talk\, have a real conversation\, and meet women you’d actually like to know\, we’d love to have you join us. \nCome experience the room for yourself.

SUMMARY:NW Chicagoland Nova Connect + Elevate: Sustainable Success
DESCRIPTION:Curated connection and member-led workshops for intentional women creating their lives and work with clarity\, depth\, and impact.\n\n\nCONNECT + ELEVATE \nA monthly gathering for women who want real connection\, meaningful conversation\, and a room where they can show up as themselves.\nNW Chicagoland | Dayhouse Schaumburg \nYou care about what you’re building in your life and work. \nOur NW Chicagoland Constellation is currently a small\, intimate community\, which gives us the chance to really get to know one another and build connections that go beyond an event. \nOCTOBER: SUSTAINABLE SUCCESS\nWe’re heading into the final stretch of the year. And for a lot of us\, this is when the pressure starts to creep in. \nGoals we still want to hit. Projects we want to finish. Things we said we’d do this year. Work gets busy\, calendars fill up\, the holidays aren’t far behind\, and suddenly the answer seems to be: do more\, move faster\, push through. \nBut what if success didn’t have to feel that way? \nWhat if you could pursue meaningful goals\, grow your career or business\, and create an impactful life without constantly running yourself into the ground to get there? \nThis month\, we’re talking about Sustainable Success. \nNot lowering your ambition. Not giving up on the things you want. \nBut questioning whether the way you’re pursuing them actually works for you. \nTHE EXPERIENCE\nCONNECT\nWe’ll begin with guided conversation around this month’s theme. \nNot awkward icebreakers or surface-level networking. Just intentional prompts and real conversation designed to help you actually get to know the women in the room. \nWe’ll talk about our relationships with success\, the pressure to keep doing more\, and what it might look like to create lives and careers that support us as much as we support them. \nYou’ll leave knowing a few more people than you did when you walked in and\, hopefully\, with a few conversations you genuinely want to continue. \nELEVATE\nYour Body Is Part of the Strategy \nLed by Alysha Webb\, Authentic Success & Burnout Coach \nWe’re often taught to measure our capacity by our calendars\, our to-do lists\, or how much we should be able to handle. \nBut your body may be telling you something completely different. \nIn this interactive session\, Alysha will explore what changes when you start treating your body as a source of information instead of something to push past. \nYou’ll pause and reflect on: \n\nWhat your body has been trying to tell you\nThe difference between having time and actually having capacity\nWhere you may be overriding your own signals in order to keep going\n\nYou’ll leave with a simple body-based check-in you can use when you feel yourself slipping into push-through mode\, plus one tangible shift you can make toward creating success at a pace you can actually sustain. \nBecause sustainable success isn’t about never challenging yourself. It’s about knowing when to push\, when to pause\, and how to listen to yourself along the way. \nWHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING ABOUT NOVA\n“Every single person I’ve met through Nova has been so generous\, kind\, and helpful.” \nThat’s the kind of room we’re creating: one where you can have real conversations\, meet women you genuinely want to know\, and support one another beyond the event itself. \nYOU’LL LEAVE WITH\nNew connections you actually want to keep. \nA better understanding of where you may be pushing past your own capacity. \nA simple way to check in with yourself when life or work starts moving too fast. \nAnd one change you can make right away to create a more sustainable way of working and living. \nWHO THIS IS FOR\nConnect + Elevate might be your kind of room if: \n\nYou want genuine connection\, not transactional networking\nYou care about your goals but don’t want your whole life to revolve around achieving them\nYou’ve caught yourself pushing through even when you know you need to slow down\nYou’re building or navigating something in your career\, business\, or life\nYou’re curious about creating success in a way that actually works for you\nYou want to meet women who care about both what they’re creating and how they’re creating it\n\nYou don’t have to be burned out to belong in this conversation. \nIn fact\, the best time to think about sustainable success is before you get there. \nWhether you walk in knowing someone or knowing no one\, you’re welcome here. \nEVENT DETAILS\nWednesday\, October 14th – 11am–12:30pmDayhouse Coworking | Schaumburg\, IL \nArrive between 11–11:15am to settle in.

SUMMARY:NW Chicagoland Nova Catalyst Circles
DESCRIPTION:Small\, facilitated circles for women to think out loud\, incubate ideas\, and draw clarity and momentum from collective wisdom.\n\n\nCATALYST CIRCLESCurated Circles for Women Creating with IntentionNW Chicagoland | last Tuesday @ Dayhouse Schaumburg I 6:30 – 8 pm \nCatalyst Circles are designed as a place to think out loud\, try ideas on\, and be supported by the wisdom of the room. \nThis is a space to bring what you’re curious about\, building toward\, questioning\, or quietly holding\, and let it move through conversation rather than carrying it alone. You don’t need a polished idea or a clear ask. You just need a desire for a thoughtful room where things can take shape. \nEach month\, we gather for a midday pause that offers clarity\, connection\, and momentum — without the structure or commitment of a long-term program. \nWHAT HAPPENS IN A CATALYST CIRCLE \nWe meet in small\, intentionally held groups of three to four people\, facilitated by Nova. The size is deliberate — intimate enough for depth\, spacious enough for perspective. \nWithin your small group\, you’ll have space to: \n\nincubate ideas and possibilities\ntalk through questions or decisions\nask for reflection or guidance\nhear how others are thinking and moving\n\nThis is a collaborative sandbox\, not a coaching session or mastermind. There’s no pressure to perform\, pitch\, or arrive with answers. The facilitator’s role is to hold the container and guide the flow so everyone has space to participate. \nYou’ll leave feeling clearer\, more supported\, and less alone with what you’re creating. \nWHO THIS IS FOR \nCatalyst Circles are for women and non-binary professionals who value thinking in conversation with others and want a place to explore ideas without rushing them. \nThis experience is especially supportive if you’re curious about deeper work and want to engage in a thoughtful\, self-contained circle without committing to an ongoing container. \n \nABOUT THE NOVA \nThe Nova is a membership-based community for women and non-binary professionals who value authentic connection\, thoughtful leadership\, and building lives and careers with intention. \nThrough curated gatherings\, facilitated conversations\, and deeper coaching containers\, The Nova creates spaces where people can think clearly\, connect meaningfully\, and grow together — without performance or pressure. \n\n\nWe’d love to have you with us—RSVP now and step into a room where your voice matters.

SUMMARY:NW Chicagoland Nova Connect + Elevate: Reclaiming Your Aliveness
DESCRIPTION:Curated connection and member-led workshops for intentional women creating their lives and work with clarity\, depth\, and impact.\n\n\nCONNECT + ELEVATE \nA monthly gathering for women who want real connection\, meaningful conversation\, and a room where they can show up as themselves.\nYou care about what you’re building in your life and work. \nOur NW Chicagoland Constellation is an intimate community\, which gives us the chance to really get to know one another and build connections that go beyond an event. \nNOVEMBER: RECLAIMING ALIVENESS\nThere’s a difference between getting through your days and actually feeling good in them. \nAnd this time of year can make that difference especially noticeable. \nThe days are getting shorter. Calendars are getting fuller. The end-of-year push is starting. And it can be easy to keep going without stopping to notice how depleted you actually feel. \nMaybe you’re doing all the things you’re “supposed” to do and still wondering: \nWhy am I so tired? \nOr maybe you’re not completely exhausted. You just don’t quite feel like yourself. \nThis month\, we’re exploring what it means to move beyond simply functioning and reconnect with the energy\, creativity\, and vitality that make us feel fully alive. \nNot by pushing harder or adding another thing to the list. \nBy slowing down long enough to notice what might be draining us and what we may need more of. \nTHE EXPERIENCE\nCONNECT\nWe’ll begin with guided conversation around this month’s theme\, Reclaiming Aliveness. \nNot awkward icebreakers or surface-level networking. Just intentional prompts and real conversation designed to help you actually get to know the women in the room. \nWe’ll create space to slow down\, connect\, and talk about the things we don’t always make time for in the middle of busy lives. \nYou’ll leave knowing a few more people than you did when you walked in and\, hopefully\, with a few conversations you genuinely want to continue. \nELEVATE\nLed by Ashley Lakin MS\, CNS\, LDN \nThe Missing Piece Between Eating Well and Feeling Well \nHave you ever thought\, I eat pretty well\, so why do I still feel exhausted? \nOr maybe you can’t point to one specific thing that’s wrong. You just feel a little… off. \nThat’s what we’ll be digging into during this month’s ELEVATE. \nAshley will take us beyond the idea that feeling nourished is only about what’s on our plates. We’ll look at how stress can affect what’s happening inside the body\, including our hormones\, blood sugar\, and digestion\, and how those pieces can influence the way we feel day to day. \nBecause you can be eating the foods you think you’re “supposed” to eat and still feel tired\, depleted\, or not quite like yourself. \nAnd when that happens\, the answer isn’t necessarily another diet\, stricter rules\, or trying harder. \nThis conversation is about getting curious about what your body may actually need to feel nourished again\, not just fed. \nIt fits perfectly with this month’s theme of Reclaiming Aliveness because feeling fully alive isn’t just about having enough energy to get through the day. \nIt’s about having enough of yourself left to actually enjoy it. \nYou don’t need to know anything about hormones\, blood sugar\, or digestion before you come. Just bring your curiosity. \nWHAT WOMEN ARE SAYING ABOUT NOVA\n“Every single person I’ve met through Nova has been so generous\, kind\, and helpful.” \n“I love that Nova offers personal\, professional\, and spiritual development and growth all in one place.” \n“I practiced my interactive case study as a speaker at one of the Connect + Elevate events hosted by our Nova Chapter and received incredible feedback that gave me more confidence to share my story.” \nThat’s the kind of room we’re creating: one where you can have real conversations\, learn from one another\, and support each other beyond the event itself. \nYOU’LL LEAVE WITH\nNew connections you actually want to keep. \nA better understanding of how stress may be connected to the way you feel. \nA different perspective on what it means to truly nourish yourself. \nAnd hopefully\, a little more curiosity about what your body might need to feel more energized\, supported\, and like yourself again. \nWHO THIS IS FOR\nConnect + Elevate might be your kind of room if: \n\nYou want genuine connection\, not transactional networking\nYou value thoughtful\, meaningful conversation\nYou’ve been feeling tired\, depleted\, or a little “off” and are curious about why\nYou’re interested in the connection between stress\, nourishment\, and how you feel\nYou’re doing many of the “right” things but still don’t feel as good as you think you should\nYou want to meet women who care about both what they’re creating and how they’re living along the way\n\nYou don’t need to be burned out or have anything “wrong” to belong in this conversation. \nMaybe you simply want to feel a little more like yourself again. \nWhether you walk in knowing someone or knowing no one\, you’re welcome here. \nEVENT DETAILS\nNovember 11th11am–12:30pmDayhouse Coworking | Schaumburg\, IL \nArrive between 11–11:15am to settle in.
