Nova Constellation Leader

The Nova Global Constellation Luminary

Part-Time, Community Leadership Role

What is a Constellation Luminary?

A Constellation Luminary is a local leader who brings The Nova to life in her city. You don’t just host events—you hold space, shape culture, and create a rhythm of connection that empowers women to rise together.

You’ll lead with heart and integrity while being supported by your Constellation Council—a local team who helps plan events, welcome new members, and grow your chapter with care.

About The Nova:

The Nova is a members-only community for visionary women who are ready to lead with purpose, depth, and connection. We bring together entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and leaders who are done with hustle culture and ready to rise in a more aligned way.

Through local chapters, intimate gatherings, mastermind circles, and transformative events, we create spaces where ambition and authenticity meet. Every part of The Nova is designed to support your personal and professional evolution—because we believe success means nothing if it costs your soul.

Where is The Nova currently expanding?

Our vision is to be in every state in the US and expand globally. We’re growing beyond our chapters in Denver, Boulder, Greater NYC, Portland, New England, Phoenix, and the Bay Area. Whether you’re planting a new Constellation or guiding one already forming, you’ll have full support from our HQ team.

We recommend a 2-month launch window, followed by a 90-day ramp-up post-launch to ground you in our tools, systems, and community rhythm.

Who We Serve:

Nova is built for ambitious, soul-led women—entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and changemakers ready for deeper purpose, authentic connection, and a new model of leadership. Our members are often in transition, looking for spaces where they don’t have to shrink to succeed.

Who Makes a Great Constellation Leader?

  • You love gathering people and creating spaces that feel like home.

  • You resonate with The Nova’s values and vision.

  • You’re experienced in holding space and building community.

  • You’re excited to grow something meaningful and co-lead alongside others.

  • You value inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration.

What is a Constellation Council?

The Constellation Council is your local leadership team—3 to 5 women who co-create and support the heartbeat of your chapter. Each member holds a clear role to keep leadership shared and sustainable:

  • Quarterly Event Planning: Co-creates larger gatherings like retreats, marketplaces, or wellness mornings that bring the community together with intention.

  • Speaker Coordination (Elevate Hour): Invites and supports members in leading monthly member-led sessions and manages the speaker calendar.

  • Warm Welcome & On-Site Support: Ensures members feel seen and held through check-in, greeting, setup, and first-time touches.

This model is built on collaboration—not hierarchy. When each woman leads from her strengths, the whole chapter thrives.

What support does Nova HQ provide?

Nova HQ offers extensive resources to help you and your council succeed, including:

  • A dedicated CRM account for emails and member management

  • Event support via Eventbrite

  • Access to our membership portal + community app

  • Branded templates, tech walkthroughs, and leadership training

  • Private Luminary group for collaboration + ongoing coaching

  • Tools for securing local partnerships and growing your community

What are the responsibilities?

As a Nova Luminary, your responsibilities will be about 20 hours a month and include:

  • Host two monthly gatherings:
    • Nova Networking Experience – relational, daytime connection

    • Nova Elevate Hour – evening, business-aligned connection + growth

    • (Optional: Intentional Adventures like hikes, ceremonies, co-working days)

  • Activate your Constellation Council

  • Cultivate your chapter’s growth through outreach and referrals

  • Secure 2 local partnerships for venue access or community collaboration

  • Follow through on backend tasks using our systems (emails, RSVP tracking, event prep, etc.)

  • Support new members and build a culture of authentic connection

Is there a revenue-sharing model?

Yes. You’ll receive a percentage of recurring membership dues from members in your Constellation. The more your chapter grows, the more your income does, too. This is not designed to be full-time income—but it can become a meaningful, aligned stream of abundance.

What kind of systems do I need to know?

You don’t need to be an expert—but basic tech comfort and a willingness to learn are important. You’ll be using tools like Go High Level, Eventbrite, and Google Drive to manage communication, events, and member engagement.

We provide full training, templates, and walk-throughs, and our technical team is here to support you every step of the way. You’ll never be navigating it alone.
