FAQ's
Yes! You’re welcome to come experience The Nova before deciding if membership is right for you. Every guest can attend up to two events (virtual or in-person). This gives you a chance to feel the community, connect with members, and see if it resonates with you. From there, if you decide to join, you’ll have full access to everything we offer — our app, member directory, virtual programming, local Constellations, and more.
- Nova Core (Virtual Membership): This is our global community. You’ll join virtual workshops, leadership development calls, and community connection circles — plus use our app to connect 1:1 or in small groups. It’s designed for those who want flexibility and access no matter where they live or how they travel.
- Nova Local (Constellation Membership): This includes everything in Nova Core, plus access to your local Constellation. That means in-person monthly gatherings hosted by your Luminary and Council, where you’ll meet familiar faces, build deeper relationships, and collaborate locally while still being part of the global ecosystem.
- Join Nova Core only (our global virtual community), or
- Select a Local Constellation (chapter) if there’s one near you.
- Upgrade from Nova Core (virtual only) to a Local Constellation when there’s one near you.
- Switch from a Local Constellation to Nova Core if you move or need a different level of involvement.
- Add on The Orbit during our enrollment windows (winter and early fall) if you’re ready for the deeper 6-month founder journey.
We know our members are some of the busiest people we know — which is exactly why we’ve designed The Nova with a lot of programming. Not because you’re expected to do it all, but because we want you to have options that fit your life. You get to prioritize what resonates most and when. Some weeks that might mean joining a local gathering, other times it might be hopping on a virtual workshop, or simply connecting through our app — whether that’s chatting with the community or scheduling a 1:1 connection with another member. There’s no “checklist” here — The Nova is built to meet you where you are and grow with you.
Absolutely. While many of our members do run their own businesses, The Nova is for growth oriented professionals—women and non-binary leaders who want to live, work, and lead in deeper alignment. Some of our members are entrepreneurs, others are leaders inside organizations, and many are in seasons of transition or reimagining what’s next.
