Emily Jacobson

Emily Jacobson is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in public service, marketing, communications, and transformational coaching. With a passion for teaching and communicating complex topics with clarity, Emily has honed her skills in both the public and private sectors, specializing in areas that directly impact people’s daily lives.

In her coaching practice, Emily empowers individuals through her unique approach to nervous system coaching. Through one-on-one sessions and group workshops, she teaches professionals, practitioners, and parents how to harness the power of a regulated nervous system. Her Safe To Show Up (TM) program offers clients a transformative journey, guiding them through daily nervous system training and dismantling limiting beliefs that hinder personal growth. A Colorado native, Emily received both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado. Having lived nearly all of her life in either Denver or Littleton, she is passionate about cultivating personal and professional growth for women living and working in this part of the state. When she is not connecting with other purpose-driven women or coaching her clients, she is pouring into her two children or loving on her rescue dog, Belle.
