Launch Goals: 

We need a 6 week lead time to successfully execute a soft launch in a new market, providing you with an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact right from the start. Comprehensive support from our marketing, tech, events, and operations teams ensures a smooth and successful launch.

What is a Constellation Luminary? 

A Nova Constellation Luminary is a local chapter leader who creates a space for connection, growth, and inspiration in their community by hosting transformational events. As a Luminary, you embody The Nova’s values—Holistic Excellence, Bold Authenticity, Collective Empowerment, and Sacred Rebellion—while fostering deep connections and empowerment for members.

Luminaries don’t lead alone; they’re supported by their Constellation Council, a small team of dedicated leaders who help with event planning, communications, and community growth.

Our ideal member at The Nova is the ambitious woman—entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, and leaders—dedicated to personal, professional, and spiritual growth. Typically, these women are in mid-career to executive positions or transitioning to roles that are more personally fulfilling. What is a Constellation Council?

The Constellation Council is your leadership team, made up of 3–5 members who collaborate to ensure your chapter thrives. Each council member takes on a specific role:

Luminary (Leader): Guides the chapter’s vision, leads events, and serves as the primary connection with Nova HQ.

Event Curator: Assists with planning and organizing meaningful, value-aligned events.

Membership Connector: Welcomes new members and fosters relationships.

Community Amplifier: Manages outreach, social media, and partnerships to expand your chapter’s reach.

Together, the Council brings The Nova’s mission to life while making leadership a shared and supported experience.

What support does Nova HQ provide?

Nova HQ offers extensive resources to help you and your council succeed, including:

• Membership Portal & Community App: Access to The Nova’s backend systems for member management, event coordination, and engagement.
• Go High Level Sub-Accounts: Each chapter gets its own sub-account within Go High Level to streamline email marketing, lead generation, and member communication.
• Private Luminary Channel: Exclusive access to a private communication channel where all Luminaries come together to co-create, share ideas, and support one another.
• Google Drive for Shared Resources: A centralized hub for templates, guides, and tools to help you plan events, communicate effectively, and grow your chapter.
• Leadership Training & Coaching: Ongoing guidance to develop your leadership skills, including facilitation best practices and holding inclusive spaces.
• Marketing Tools: Branded templates, promotional materials, and best practices to grow your chapter.
• Strategic Partnership Templates: Examples of mutually beneficial arrangements with strategic partners (e.g., Kiln, Workbar, Tarra, Nurture Wellcare Marketplace) to secure event spaces and community exposure.
• Tech Support: Assistance with using Go High Level and other systems to ensure you have everything you need to thrive.

What are the responsibilities? 

As a Nova Luminary, your responsibilities include:

• Hosting two monthly events (with an optional third):
  • Nova Networking Brunch: A daytime connection-focused gathering designed to nourish relationships and spark inspiration.
  • Nova Elevate Hour: An evening soul-led business event combining inspiration, meaningful networking, and authentic conversations.
  • Optional: Intentional Adventure: A casual activity fostering deeper connections through shared experiences.
• Organizing discussions aligned with The Nova’s quarterly themes.
• Grow and engage your chapter through outreach, partnerships, and follow-up communications.
• Collaborating with your Constellation Council to share responsibilities and create a thriving chapter.
• Establishing Two Strategic Partnerships: Building relationships with local organizations to secure mutually beneficial arrangements for free event space and community exposure.

Is there a revenue-sharing model? 

Yes! As a Luminary, you’ll participate in a revenue-sharing model that rewards you for your efforts in growing and nurturing your Constellation.

Key Highlights:

• Revenue sharing is based on membership fees from members within your Constellation.
• The model includes a sliding scale, which increases as your Constellation grows. This is our way of showing gratitude for your leadership and dedication.
