Gena Chieco brings over a decade of high-level leadership experience—spanning the White House, federal agencies, and the C-suite—into her transformational work as an executive coach. Her coaching approach is rooted in clarity, candor, and compassion, guiding visionary leaders to shed the roles and rules that no longer serve them and step fully into their power.
With a client roster that includes CEOs, founders, and Chiefs of Staff across industries, Gena specializes in helping high performers navigate transitions, avoid burnout, and align with their next-level impact. She is known for creating high-trust spaces where deep reflection meets actionable strategy—making her a natural guide for The Orbit’s intimate Stellar circles.
Gena currently partners with The Sabbatical Project, Ask a Chief of Staff, and Evolution, and serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Nova. She also leads workshops, retreats, and leadership cohorts through her private coaching practice.
