What’s one thing you want others to know about who you are? I believe in creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and connected—because when people feel like they belong, they thrive.
What’s one thing you want others to know about what you do (consider what sets you apart)? My work stands out because I don’t just accept things as they are. I ask questions, explore alternatives, and push for innovation wherever I can.
Embrace your Nova essence – describe how you embody the spirit of a Nova. A Nova (noun): Like a radiant star, you illuminate the path with your unapologetic authenticity, inspiring others to join in our shared vision of empowerment, values-driven living, and purposeful pursuit of a life filled with meaning.
I embody the spirit of a Nova by embracing my curiosity and openness in everything I do. I ask deeper questions—not just to find answers, but to uncover new perspectives and possibilities. I believe honesty and vulnerability are at the heart of connection and the foundation for building a thriving community. That’s why I lead with authenticity and encourage others to show up as their true selves—because people deserve to be seen and heard. When they feel like they belong, they can truly thrive at work and in their relationships.
Envision the impact you aspire to make in your life and business. How are you harnessing the collective support of community to manifest your goals? I want to lead and inspire a team while helping people in our community thrive by creating spaces where they can do their best work. I believe real progress comes from bringing together people from diverse backgrounds and building relationships rooted in trust and shared values. By fostering collaboration and open communication, I aim to harness the power of community, creating an environment where everyone feels supported to grow, contribute, and succeed together.
Reflecting on your time with The Nova, could you share a memorable experience or achievement that has had a meaningful impact on you personally or professionally?I recently attended a Nova event where we shared what we considered our superpowers. At first, I felt a bit self-conscious even thinking about mine. But by the end of the session, I was reminded how important it is to recognize and embrace my gifts. The Nova community has a special way of bringing out the best in the women around them, helping us see and celebrate our strengths. It’s such a gift to be reminded of what makes us powerful, rather than focusing on our shortcomings!
