What’s one thing you want others to know about what you do (consider what sets you apart)? I am a Connection Alchemist. The feedback I have received most in my life is that I am a master at asking really good questions and helping people feel seen. So, I turned my greatest superpowers into my calling.
As the Founder of Firestart Connections, I’m on a mission to create more meaningFULL connections around the world. I do this by empowering entrepreneurs & professionals to become more confident, authentic and magnetic connectors. I teach people to become masterful conversationalists by skipping the small talk, so that they have more thriving relationships and stronger community.

I LOVE “doing the work,” It’s a part of my being and helped me truly lean into my full authentic self and expression.
Every day, I live the 5 components that I defined make up my “ideal day”:
1 – CONNECT TO SELF – ground, look at nature, mindful meditation, set intentions for the day)
2 – CONNECT TO A LOVED ONE – every day I connect with my mom and reach out to a friend to support them in some way
3 – CONNECT TO MY PURPOSE – make a positive impact for someone I serve by supporting them to create better connections in their life
4 – Connect in play / adventure – daily dance breaks or adventuring in my nomadic lifestyle
5 – Connect to nature – daily sunset “awe walk” to reflect on what energized me, what drained me, and what do I want to tweak for tomorrow
These all feed me and cultivate more JOY, FULFILLMENT, ALIGNMENT, and IMPACT.

Envision the impact you aspire to make in your life and business. How are you harnessing the collective support of community to manifest your goals? First, I am in service to others to help people build stronger connections and community so more people have people in their lives they can count on a feel a sense of belonging.
I believe that when we live generously, and support others visions and dreams, our relationships are that much stronger.
Second, I am grateful for the incredible soulful friends & community I have created and being an active member and Advisor of the Nova – all of whom are great advocates, thought partners, collaborators and champions for my mission.

Reflecting on your time with The Nova, could you share a memorable experience or achievement that has had a meaningful impact on you personally or professionally? I love all of it! It is a joy connecting with such incredible women.
A highlight for me was definitely leading a connection experience at the Denver launch event, getting to spend time collaborating with Melissa and Carrie Montgomery and meeting the Nova Team, and feeling the energy in the room.
Hearing stories from members after the event who said they put my teachings into practice and were AMAZED at the immediate impact it had on their interactions with strangers, professional contacts and helped them deepen relationships with their family, was truly heartwarming as that is what it is all about when we level up our skills and connect with greater intention! Our confidence soars, our relationships thrive and endless doors of possibility open!
