This member-only virtual gathering is designed to support strategic connection, meaningful collaboration, and real community support. Rather than moving between multiple disconnected calls, Connect + Elevate offers a focused environment to bring your vision forward, engage with other members more intentionally, and build relationships that can support your work and leadership over time.

This 90-minute experience is led by Lisa Kalfus, Core Luminary, Human Connection Facilitator, and founder of Firestart Connections. Lisa has been guiding our Connection Calls, and this gathering creates space to learn directly from her approach to intentional connection and strategic relationship-building within the Nova community.

What to expect:
• Facilitated breakout conversations
• Structured connection that helps clarify who’s in the community and how support and collaboration can develop naturally
• A 30-minute Elevate segment focused on a workshop from one of our Nova members
• A closing integration to identify who you want to stay connected with and how you want to engage moving forward
