SUPERNOVA LIVE 2026
Supported beyond your wildest dreams, clearer on who you are, how you are built to lead, and what your life and business actually need from you.
September 18-19, 2026
The Club at Rolling Hills, Golden, CO
Most rooms still make you choose — strategy or soul, ambition or authenticity, the work or the life. You have been shapeshifting depending on which room you are in, and you are done with it.
This weekend is called LEVERAGED. The premise is simple: most high-achieving women are not under-efforting. They are under-resourced. They have been giving everything and receiving very little, carrying it all alone, and calling that strength. What becomes possible when every resource available to you is actually online — your relationships, your strategic edge, your energetic alignment, your blueprint — is a different thing entirely.
You do not strain. You rise.

I walked into a traditional networking event the night before my first Nova event and the anxiety hit me like a wall. But in the Nova, there’s none of that. You just show up as yourself and the connections happen naturally.
Stacy Musgrave, Business Coach

I honestly don’t know that I could have launched my business in this beautifully iterative fashion without my connections at the Nova. The community was a testing ground, a launch pad, and a place where people just kept showing up for me.
Rachel Loewenherz, Star Path Founder

The Nova encapsulates my whole person and all the different parts of myself, which allows me to show up fully. I don’t have to put on a mask or show up as someone specific.
Erin Clifford, Financial Advisor

I knew I needed a community that could help me step into a new level of authenticity and success — a place where I could truly be seen, even in my most vulnerable moments.
Carrie Montgomery, Neurosomatic Leadership Coach
SuperNova Live is for the woman...
SuperNova Live is for the woman who is done performing her way through professional life.
She is seasoned. She is ambitious. She pairs drive with self-awareness and she has hit milestones that looked like arrival but felt like more of the same. She is not broken. She is becoming.
She has been in rooms before. She knows what it feels like to sit through two days of content and drive home inspired and completely alone with all of it. She is not looking for more information. She is looking for the right people.
If you have ever walked out of a room feeling more like yourself than when you walked in — that is what we are building. And if you have never experienced that, this is what we have been waiting to show you.
A Few Things to Know
This is more retreat than conference. There are no rows of chairs, no back-to-back keynotes, no driving home inspired and alone with all of it.
Every session is experiential with real working time built in, and there is a lot of time to actually be in conversation with the women around you. By Saturday afternoon you are not sitting next to strangers anymore. You are sitting next to women who already know you deeply.
Why the foothills?
The Club at Rolling Hills sits in the Colorado foothills just outside Golden. Floor-to-ceiling windows with mountain views, trail access right outside, and round tables in every room because that is how Nova works.
Hotel ballrooms produce hotel-ballroom conversations. The foothills produce something else.
Golden hits you the moment you arrive — gorgeous, cozy, a little bit of a playground. Small mountain town, Clear Creek through downtown, twenty-five minutes from Denver International. Easy in. Hard to leave.
What you actually walk out with.
You leave recalibrated — supported beyond your wildest dreams, clearer on who you are, how you are built to lead, and what your life and business actually need from you.
By Saturday afternoon, here’s what’s different:
-
You know exactly which relationships in your life are ready to be activated and how to do it
-
You can talk about your work and sell yourself confidently without it feeling like selling
-
You get paid for who you actually are — with language that finally matches what you are worth
-
You understand what is actually blocking your next level of growth and what to do about it.
-
You know how you are wired to lead and make decisions and you stop working against it
-
You leave with women in your life who get it — friendships and collaborations that will still matter years from now
“I came to Nova looking for a way to find clients, but what I actually found was something so much bigger. The peer support, the deep personal development, the kind of community that stretches and expands you — this is what I didn’t know I needed.”
The Flow
Here's what we'll be co-creating together
The Arc of the Experience:
Friday, Sept 18 | 9 AM – 5 PM — Full Live Day and lunch
Saturday, Sept 19 | 9 AM – 4 PM — Full Day Live and lunch
VIP Dinner Saturday, Sept 19th | 6-9 pm
Friday, September 18 — 9 AM to 5 PM
You arrive to a room that already feels different. The day is built around depth, not performance — every session has real working time built in so what lands actually gets spoken out loud with the women sitting next to you.
We open the day with nervous system work to get you grounded before anything begins. Lisa Kalfus helps you see the relationships you already have as the untapped lever they are.
Lunch is intentional connection time where we match you strategically at tables. Then KC Baker helps you leverage your voice and story as your most powerful strategy — and teaches you how to sell from your most turned-on, expanded self.
Friday evening is yours.
Saturday, September 19 — 9 AM to 4 PM
For the early risers, there is an optional hike at 7 AM on the trails right outside the Club
Saturday goes inward. Lizzie Langston opens the morning with a guided visualization. Then Heather Wick, Chief Energetics Officer and founder of Sacred Boardroom, takes you on a guided journey to meet the soul of your business. Most founders pour everything into strategy, team, and execution and still feel like something underneath is not clicking. Heather calls that something the energetic operating system of your business — and she works with it directly. Teams align. Decisions clarify. The right clients find you. Women who have done this work say they leave with an entirely new relationship with their business, their money, and themselves.
From there, the Blueprint session gives you a map of how you are actually wired — your design, your decision-making authority, your unique gifts, and the patterns that have been keeping you from fully using them. This is not information you will file away. It is recognition. You leave knowing how you are built to lead, and what becomes possible when you stop working against it.
VIP — Saturday Evening, 6 to 9 PM
Twenty to thirty seats. A long table plated dinner with Melissa and the full facilitator team, where the real conversations keep going after the day ends.
The night closes with a silent disco curated by Leigh Orne of The JoySet — and if you experienced The JoySet at the SuperNova Retreat, you already know this is so much more than a silent disco. It is a space for self expression, silliness, and tapping into collective joy.
"The retreat was the first time I reclaimed the part of myself that had kept me small for a lifetime. To be able to share that, to be witnessed in it, and to be fully supported through that reclamation has fundamentally changed me."

I still pinch myself that I found you and The Nova. I mean this from my heart—I’ve literally got my hand on my heart as I say it—you’ve changed my life. I had lost my spark and my confidence, and being in a room of women where I could truly be myself brought me back to life. I feel on fire again. I feel confident again.

FAQ
If you are a growth-oriented, ambitious woman who is done explaining herself in rooms that were never built for her — yes. If you have hit milestones that looked like arrival but felt like more of the same, and you are ready to be in a room where you do not have to translate, edit, or shrink yourself — this is for you.
Fully interactive. Round tables, not rows. Every session has real working time built in so you are never just sitting in an audience. You will be in conversation from the moment you arrive, and Saturday afternoon is a full working and voice activation session in small groups of four.
Twenty to thirty seats. A long table plated dinner Saturday evening with Melissa and the full facilitator team — the kind of table where the real conversations keep going after the day ends. The night closes with a silent disco curated by Leigh Orne of The JoySet, a space for self expression, silliness, and collective joy unlike anything you have experienced.
The weekend begins Friday September 18 at 9 AM — plan to arrive between 8:30 and 9. If you are flying in, Denver International is about 45 minutes from the venue and Golden is an easy drive from the airport. We recommend flying in Thursday evening so you are settled and ready for a full Friday with no rushing.
The weekend wraps Saturday September 19 by 4 PM. If you want to squeeze every drop out of the weekend, there is an optional hike Saturday morning at 7 AM on the trails right outside the Club — plan to stay Saturday night if you want to take that slowly. Most women fly home Sunday.
SuperNova Live is open to Nova members and Nova-curious women who feel aligned with what this room is about. Members receive first access and member pricing. If you are not yet a member and this weekend is calling to you, grab your ticket and we will see you in September. You can join as a member after the event if you want to continue regular connection with our community.
Elevated casual — this is not a conference and it is not a gala. Think layers for Colorado September mornings, comfortable shoes you can actually move in, and whatever makes you feel like the most grounded version of yourself. Jeans and a great top, a cozy layer, something you would wear to a beautiful dinner with women you love. Leave the blazer at home unless it is your thing. If you want to hike, bring hiking clothes.
Lodging is not included but we have curated three beautiful options nearby — The Golden Hotel, The Eddy Hotel, and The Denver Marriott West. We will send full details with your registration confirmation.
We do not leave it to chance. Before the weekend you will have access to an attendee portal with a member directory so you can see who is in the room before you arrive. Lunch seating is intentionally curated — you will not sit next to the same women twice, and we design the rotations so the connections that need to happen, happen. Every element of this weekend is designed the Nova way, which means the relationships are built in, not left to the cocktail hour.
