SuperNova Live is built on a simple belief, that a woman reaches her biggest goals fastest with the right people around her. Meet Your Host
Melissa Bauknight spent fifteen years in corporate sales, and she was good at it, consistently one of the top performers in rooms that were mostly men. From the outside it looked like she had made it. Underneath, every one of those rooms kept asking her to choose. Ambition or depth. Strategy or soul. The driven woman or the whole one.
So she left, and she set out to build the room she had been looking for and could never find.
The Nova Global is that room, now a community of founders and women who lead from all over, and SuperNova Live is the in-person event where it all comes together in person. Along the way Melissa has coached more than a thousand women, and the through-line has never changed. A woman belongs exactly as she is, once she is in the right company.
She built SuperNova Live for the woman who has done so much on her own and is ready to find out who she becomes when she is finally, fully supported. Melissa lives in the Colorado foothills with her family and takes life as a team sport.
FAQ
Yes. SuperNova Live is built for founders and women who lead at the top of an organization, equally. If you carry real weight and you are ready to set it down for two days among women who get it, you are in the right place.
Most women do. The whole weekend is built so you are not on your own for long. The round tables, the question on each one, and the connection time in every session mean you are meeting people from the first hour, and by Saturday afternoon you are not sitting next to strangers.
It feels more like a retreat than a conference. No rows of chairs, no back-to-back keynotes. You are at round tables, every session has real working time built in, and the connection runs through both days, so you are in it, not watching from the audience.
General Admission covers both full days, every session, the connection time, the Integration session, and daytime meals. VIP adds the Saturday night dinner with the speakers and the Nova team, a curated Nova gift, and the silent disco. Full details are in the tickets section above.
The Club at Rolling Hills in Golden, Colorado, about 45 minutes from Denver International Airport. Three nearby places to stay: the Hampton Inn, the Denver Marriott West, and The Golden Hotel.
The weekend begins Friday September 18 at 9 AM — plan to arrive between 8:30 and 9. If you are flying in, Denver International is about 45 minutes from the venue and Golden is an easy drive from the airport. We recommend flying in Thursday evening so you are settled and ready for a full Friday with no rushing.
The weekend wraps Saturday September 19 by 4 PM. If you want to squeeze every drop out of the weekend, there is an optional hike Saturday morning at 7 AM on the trails right outside the Club — plan to stay Saturday night if you want to take that slowly. Most women fly home Sunday.
SuperNova Live is open to Nova members and Nova-curious women who feel aligned with what this room is about. Members receive first access and member pricing.
