Plan to arrive in Boulder by Thursday morning (or Wednesday evening if you want a little extra spaciousness before we begin). The retreat wraps by 2 PM on Saturday.

No, but we’ve curated three beautiful options—each with its own vibe. From the historic charm of the Hotel Boulderado, to the quiet elegance of The Bradley Boulder Inn, to the playful energy of The Moxy, you can choose what feels most like home. All are close to downtown Boulder and a scenic drive to The StarHouse.
You might not yet—but you’ll leave with women who feel like lifelong collaborators. We will also do a pre-retreat call for people to get to know one another and make intentional introductions so you never feel alone.

Layers for shifting weather, comfortable shoes, your journal, and anything else that helps you feel like your full, grounded self. We’ll send a full packing list closer to the retreat.
Not necessarily. There’s an easy and affordable bus from Denver International Airport (DIA) to downtown Boulder—just $10.50 on the RTD SkyRide AB1 or AB2, which drops you right in the heart of town (no Uber needed unless you prefer it). From there, everything downtown is walkable.
As for The StarHouse, we’re currently working on coordinating daily group shuttles to and from the venue. We’ll share those details soon. Until then, rest easy—no need to rent a car unless you want the extra freedom.
Yes. Spaciousness is part of the design—and you’ll always have the option to step back, take a breath, or opt out of any session if your body says you need it. The StarHouse property offers intentional, sacred grounds to wander, reflect, and reconnect throughout the retreat. We believe clarity comes from stillness just as much as conversation.
