The Nova announces June theme of Conscious Leadership
Programming and events will be held throughout the month to focus on leading with empathy, inclusivity, and with a deep awareness of yourself and others.
DENVER, COLORADO, June 3, 2024 – The Nova, a Denver-based inclusive global membership community for professional soul-led women, is proud to announce their theme for the month of June: Conscious Leadership.
When paired with a feminine business model, Conscious Leadership means leading with empathy, inclusivity, and with a deep awareness of yourself and others. Conscious leaders tap into emotional intelligence, self-regulation, non-hierarchical leadership, holistic management, and collective empowerment for the betterment of society as a whole.
