Melissa Bauknight is the founder of The Nova Global. She spent 15 years in corporate sales — consistently in the top 1–10% — along with nine years with Beautycounter and eight years as a coach, before leaving to build the room she could never find, one where ambition and wholeness live in the same space. Nova now has active communities in nine U.S. cities and a growing global membership of women redefining what success and leadership look like.
