Welcome to the East Bay Nova Constellation
An in-person community for accomplished founders, leaders, and culture-shaping creatives who are redefining the rules of success. Members gather two to three times a month for curated in-person experiences and connect with a global virtual community of women and non-binary leaders living with the same depth and intention.
Unlike traditional professional networks built around titles, transactions, and the pressure to perform, Nova is built for the whole woman — her ambition and her wellbeing, her professional goals and her personal growth — where depth is the culture and the relationships that form here turn into referrals, collaborations, clients, and career-defining opportunities.

Holly Million
My name is Holly Million, and I am excited to arrive as the Luminary for the Nova Global East Bay Chapter. I am a professional shaman, an artist, an herbal medicine maker, and a micro-homesteader. For 11 years, I have provided shamanic healing support for clients throughout the U.S. and in Canada, by phone as well as at my magical healing studio in Oakland, CA. I am also the founder of Soul Arts Workshop, a school for Natural Intelligence (NI) that offers programs to help emerging intuitives proudly strut their stuff. We offer a shamanic apprentice program, workshops, classes and presentations on the shamanic arts, as well as a community called The Crone Rangers for powerful women, non-binary people, and trans women who are “50 plus and out of f*cks.” Over time, I enjoyed long careers as a film producer and director, as a nonprofit executive director, and as a nonprofit fundraising consultant. I have always been an entrepreneur. My whole career has focused on relationships and building networks. This applied when I was a nonprofit executive director five separate times, including when I was leading international nonprofits, and creating partnerships, boards, and teams, as well as conferences for hundreds of attendees. I am a relative newcomer to the Nova, but I quickly fell head over heels with this amazing community, and now I want to help build the chapter here in the East Bay.

Meet the Leadership Team
Every Nova Constellation is led by a Luminary and supported by a Constellation Council — a small team of committed members who help shape, run, and grow the chapter. These are women who showed up consistently, cared deeply about the quality of the room, and were invited into a greater level of ownership.
The Council is not a committee. It is a leadership opportunity for women who want to build visibility, deepen their impact locally, and play a direct role in shaping what The Nova looks like in their city.

Mika specializes in national security and commercial space solutions and is currently with Partners in Air and Space (PAS). With over 20 years of military and strategic project management experience, Mika supports government, aerospace, and defense organizations through workforce development, policy advisory, and commercial space partnerships. Focused on driving innovation and fostering collaboration between the U.S. and international space sectors, Mika brings a wealth of expertise in intelligence, security, and leadership to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the space and defense industries.
Katie Hingle
Founder & CEO, Lavish

Michelle Montes
Makeup Artist & Licensed Cosmetologist
Michelle Montes is a Licensed Cosmetologist and internationally recognized Makeup Artist with nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry. Known for her refined eye for color and artistry, her work spans runways, editorial shoots, commercials, film sets, bridal styling, designer collaborations, and makeup education. She has worked extensively with royal families in India and was part of the official makeup team for the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. Michelle’s work has been featured on India’s national television network NDTV’s Get The Look, and she was nominated for “Most Creative Makeup Artist” at the Schwarzkopf Pro Estetica Awards. She is also listed on IMDb.
