NW Chicagoland Nova Constellation

Welcome to the NW Chicagoland Nova Constellation

An in-person community for accomplished founders, leaders, and culture-shaping creatives who are redefining the rules of success. Members gather two to three times a month for curated in-person experiences and connect with a global virtual community of women and non-binary leaders living with the same depth and intention.

Unlike traditional professional networks built around titles, transactions, and the pressure to perform, Nova is built for the whole woman — her ambition and her wellbeing, her professional goals and her personal growth — where depth is the culture and the relationships that form here turn into referrals, collaborations, clients, and career-defining opportunities.

Because building the right community is the best business strategy.

I walked into a traditional networking event the night before my first Nova event and the anxiety hit me like a wall. But in the Nova, there’s none of that. You just show up as yourself and the connections happen naturally.

Stacy Musgrave,
Business Coach

I honestly don’t know that I could have launched my business in this beautifully iterative fashion without my connections at the Nova. The community was a testing ground, a launch pad, and a place where people just kept showing up for me.

Rachel Loewenherz,
Star Path Founder

The Nova encapsulates my whole person and all the different parts of myself, which allows me to show up fully. I don’t have to put on a mask or show up as someone specific.

Erin Clifford,
Financial Advisor

I knew I needed a community that could help me step into a new level of authenticity and success — a place where I could truly be seen, even in my most vulnerable moments.

Carrie Montgomery,
Neurosomatic Leadership Coach

One that boldly embraces vulnerability and authenticity in pursuit of empowering connection. I’m thrilled to embody the Nova values that resonate so deeply with my greater calling and vision.”

Our Local Partners: Spaces that Hold our Magic

Our Local Partners are values-aligned, collaborative venues—coworking spaces with heart, neighborhood restaurants, boutique hotels, retail shops, and more—that open their doors and their communities to The Nova events. Their generous partnership turns rooms into experiences and makes our gatherings possible. Beyond event locations, they’re collaborators in connection and true co-creators in what we build together.

Meet the Leadership Team

Every Nova Constellation is led by a Luminary and supported by a Constellation Council — a small team of committed members who help shape, run, and grow the chapter. These are women who showed up consistently, cared deeply about the quality of the room, and were invited into a greater level of ownership.

The Council is not a committee. It is a leadership opportunity for women who want to build visibility, deepen their impact locally, and play a direct role in shaping what The Nova looks like in their city.

Alysha Webb

Authentic Success & Burnout Coach

Alysha “Aly” Webb is an Authentic Success & Burnout Coach who helps women step out of burnout and create lives that feel more aligned, sustainable, and true to who they are. Her work focuses on helping women recognize the stress patterns many of us learn early in life, along with the systemic pressures, especially within corporate culture, that keep us stuck in overworking and self-abandonment. Through nervous system awareness, somatic practices, cyclical living, and tools like Human Design, Aly supports women in reconnecting with themselves and creating success in ways that feel grounded, supportive, and rooted in real joy with her 1:1 and group spaces. She believes real change begins with awareness and choice. And because choosing differently can feel scary, Aly believes deeply in the power of nervous system regulation and supportive community as women navigate those shifts together.
