That’s exactly what Catalyst Circles are for.

This isn’t a workshop or a coaching session. It’s a facilitated gathering where you break into small intentional groups of 3 to 4 people and bring what’s actually alive for you right now. The room helps you see it more clearly.

You don’t need a polished idea or a clear ask. You just need a willingness to think out loud with people who actually get it.

What gets brought into Catalyst Circles:

• A decision you’re navigating but haven’t fully landed on
• An idea you’re still testing and want to think through out loud
• A tension you’ve been holding that needs to move through conversation
• Something you’ve been carrying alone that you’re ready to put on the table

What happens in the room:

We break into small intentionally held groups of 3 to 4 people facilitated by Nova. The size is deliberate — intimate enough for depth, spacious enough for perspective.

Within your group you’ll have space to incubate ideas, talk through decisions, ask for reflection and hear how others are thinking and moving.

This is a collaborative sandbox. There’s no pressure to perform, pitch or arrive with answers.

You’ll leave feeling clearer, more supported and less alone with what you’re creating.
