Connect + Elevate is Nova’s new signature monthly gathering in Boulder, created for women and non-binary seasoned professionals who want meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and growth that actually feels aligned with their lives. Not just more contacts but people who understand why your values matter as much as your vision.

This isn’t about filling a calendar or working a room. It’s about spending your time with people who make you think differently, feel more like yourself, and leave you feeling more seen than when you arrived.

ZEAL is opening its doors just for us, so please plan to order food and a beverage while you’re there — we love to honor the space they’re holding for our circle.

THE EXPERIENCE

CONNECT We begin with guided connection around our theme of the month — not icebreakers, but intentional dialogue that moves purposefully into real conversation. The structure is designed to help you meet people you are so excited to know, without forcing performance or small talk.

You’ll leave this portion with a sense of who’s in the room and who you want to continue the conversation with outside the room.

ELEVATE In the second half, a Nova member leads a short, live workshop rooted in lived experience. These sessions are practical, relevant, and grounded — offering insight you can apply immediately.

Topics vary month to month and include leadership, money, visibility, communication, wellbeing, or sustainable success. Each workshop is designed to elevate both the member leading and the collective intelligence of the room.

You’ll leave with new connections, feeling expanded, and a feeling that you’ve finally found the room you’ve been looking for.

AUGUST THEME: EXPANDING YOUR INFLUENCE

Visibility isn’t about being everywhere — it’s about being seen for who you really are. This month focuses on how to share your work, ideas, and message in ways that feel genuine and grounded. You’ll learn to expand your reach while staying connected to your integrity and your “why.”

Amy creates spaces of clarity, connection, and transformational growth. She is passionate about organizational effectiveness and human consciousness. She is certified in Dare to Lead (courage work), IFS (parts work), and as a Professional Certified Coach through the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Join us for The Conversation Beneath the Conversation where we speak and listen from the heart offering each other the gift of presence. We will begin by embodying the 8C (curiosity, connectedness, compassion, courage, calm, creativity, confidence, and clarity). The practice will invite deeper presence with ourselves, with one another, and with what wants to emerge and be witnessed in our time together.
