Danielle Giannone is the Founder of Withinsight Development, a leadership and culture consultancy based in Newburyport, MA, where she works with organizations as a coach, facilitator, and organizational advisor. With twenty years of experience across six continents, including many years in the travel industry exploring over 50 countries and developing training and coaching for leaders worldwide, she has built her career on one belief: when work feels better, people do better. Along the way she learned that transformation rarely happens where things are comfortable. It happens when we step into the unknown and discover who we are without the familiar roles and rules.
