Most business owners aren’t losing sales because their content is wrong. They’re losing sales because they’re saying the right thing to the wrong stage of the relationship.
We already know how to build relationships. We do it instinctively, with friends, with family, in every room we walk into. The question is how to translate that same relational intelligence into business, so the people on the other side of your content actually feel you, instead of just seeing another post.
This month’s Elevate session is led by Nova Phoenix’s own Constellation Luminary, Lizzie Langston, business owner for nearly eight years with multiple six-figure years, and currently Head of Sales for a national retreat company, where she’s spent the last two months studying every touchpoint of their funnel from the inside.
Whether you run ads or market organically, whether you’re a product or service based business, and whether you have a huge email list or a small one (or don’t have one up and running fully yet), you’ll leave with your own content organized into three buckets: what you say to strangers, what you say to your list, and what you say to the people you actually work with, so your relationships with leads can grow with the same thoughtfulness you already bring to the people in your life.

ABOUT CONNECT + ELEVATE
Connect + Elevate is Nova’s signature monthly gathering in Phoenix for women and non-binary professionals who want meaningful connection and growth that actually feels aligned with their lives.
The evening opens with guided connection around a monthly theme, real conversation, not small talk, so you leave knowing who you want to keep talking to. The second half is a live workshop led by a Nova member, grounded in lived experience and built to be useful immediately.
September’s theme: Owning Your Power. Power doesn’t have to be forceful. It can be quiet, wise, and rooted in truth. (and thoughtfulness, like nurture sequences!)
