This is not a sales presentation. It’s not a webinar. And it’s definitely not a networking event where you’re asked to perform, pitch, or prove anything.

This is a founder-led orientation where I’ll share the story behind The Nova, how it’s intentionally designed, and what makes it fundamentally different from traditional professional spaces. More importantly, I’ll also give you space to connect — in real conversation, not small talk — so you can feel what it’s like to be in a Nova room.

I’m Mo, the Founder of The Nova. I’ve spent over 20 years building businesses, leading teams, and operating in high-performance environments. I created The Nova because I was done with professional spaces that rewarded polish over presence and output over humanity. I knew there had to be another way to grow, lead, and connect — one that didn’t require self-abandonment to succeed.

During this orientation, you’ll experience:
